I stumbled upon this unassuming new development after hanging out on the Cahuenga corridor, where a kind of "we're trying hard to make this look like this isn't master-planned" development is taking hold. Notwithstanding the obvious corporate influence, this place is an entirely new concept to LA, where fashion, art music melt. I plan to head back often for creative inspiration and some popcorn at the "Snackbar." From the horse's mouth:

Both of which encourage designers and artists to become part of a curated environment. Working with neighboring music, film and art establishments, both courtyard and adjoining gallery will present a rotating cast of local musicians and artists.
